• give false or misleading information, or infringe anyone’s rights.

If you breach these terms we may restrict or end your access to the website. If we suffer loss because you breach these terms or use the website unlawfully, you are responsible for that loss, except to the extent we caused it ourselves.

Accounts and community areas

If this website lets you register an account or post content, please keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may moderate, edit or remove content, and suspend or close accounts, that breach these terms.

Buying through this website

This section applies only if this website sells goods or services.

Prices and availability are as shown when you order. Please give us accurate details. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Product colours and images may look different on your screen.

We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we refund any payment already taken.

Where this website has a refund and shipping policy, that policy and your rights under the law cover returns, refunds and delivery.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 in New Zealand, the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that cannot be excluded. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under those laws.

If you use this website in trade, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply, and sections 9, 12A and 13 of the Fair Trading Act 1986 do not apply, to the extent the law allows. You agree this is fair and reasonable.

We may change, suspend or stop this website or any part of it at any time. We may also update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The updated terms apply only from the date they are posted – they do not change anything that happened before, and any order you have already placed stays under the terms that applied when you placed it.
